SRHIndia_coverSexual and Reproductive Health Financing in India: Making SRHR Count.  2014  

This study examines the patterns of spending on SRH in India and investigates the changing pattern of spending at state level, comparing the results from two states, Karnataka and Bihar; the former for its relatively high development indicators and the latter for its lower indicators. Findings show that India has not made sufficient progress towards achieving universal access to reproductive health and the reduction maternal mortality. Read the study here.

This report replicates and builds on the Resource Flows Project 2010 Report to strengthen the case for SRHR in Asia and the Pacific. It shows how unmet needs, as well as how the funding and international aid architecture has changed. A new section on South-South cooperation and triangular cooperation has been included, which identifies some of the key emerging donors for Asia and the Pacific and uptapped opportunities.  Making SRHR Count: Asia Pacific Resource Flows Project. 2010 

This report tracks and analyzes existing data on resources flows for SRHR for a wide range of countries in Asia and the Pacific.  It identifies the gaps and most urgent needs for SRHR donor assistance, and lays out the challenges and opportunies for resource flow tracking.  Read the full report here.

This series of 7 policy briefs aims to assist APA members and other advocates in using the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to hold governments accountable to commitments they have made towards protecting and promoting sexual rights. Each policy brief covers an overview of key sexual rights issues within a country and compares them with commitments at the national, regional and international levels, and outlines opportunities for advocates to engage with governments and other stakeholders to strengthen accountability.  From  Commitment to Action : A Factsheet on Implementing the 2013 Asia and Pacific Ministerial Declaration on Population and Development 

 In September 2013, the governments in Asia Pacific adopted the 'Asian and Pacific Ministerial Declaration on Population and Development' a progressive and visionary agenda to advance people's rights and well-being through inclusive and equitable development in the region over the next decade which gained unprecedented support and endorsements from member states.  APA, in collaboration with partners, produced a series of 7 factsheets on the main outcomes on different topics: an Overview; Women and Girls; Adolescents and Young People; Migrants; SOGI; and Modalities of Implementation.

APA Secretariat, in collaboration with APCASO, developed a Briefing Paper addressing the impact of the 2011 Political Declaration on women and girls, including key affected populations. Part of the InFocus series, it zooms in on the meaning the Declaration holds for the lives of women and girls in Asia and the Pacific,  the challenges they face, and the policy and programme responses needed, highlighting 3 crucial target and elimination commitments.  Download the Factsheet here. The factsheet has been translated into Bahasa, Chinese, Nepali, Spanish and Thai languages.
